Re: F1 2008
BTW, I think this may very well be Nelsinho last race at Renault unless he sorts himself out.

I was thinking the same thing. They gave him 2-3 days worth of testing just to get him close to a respectable pace. We'll see what happens in the race though....another shunt perhaps Because when you are under pressure in F1 it seems that you are a magnet for attracting trouble
BTW how's Italy doing at the euro.....(tries to log off ))) and then realises that Italy defeated the very ordinary France

I agree, he's very inconsistent and is costing Renault points.

Ironic that Nick Mallett was coach when SA beat Italy 101-0 in 1999, and now the Italian Coach.

His reaction to HIS error, and what I felt was an arrogant and unsporting response was not in keeping with what I expect from a British sportsman.
Yes, you can say he's young and inexperienced but there are 19 year old lads in Afghanistan dying for their country who have more grace and maturity.
My Heroes are people like Nuvolari, Graham Hill, Fangio, Moss, etc
These were 'peoples' champions, the way they conducted themselves in public and the track were as important as each other.
Perhaps I'm too old fashioned but these things mean a lot to me and I for one want to keep the 'sporting' in motorsport.
Things may change and I will keep an open mind, but dont you despair when you see someone like John Surtees only given an OBE while Lily Savage/Paul O'grady gets an MBE.... or is it just me?
I don't blame him for moving to Switzerland.....we're bloody taxed to the eyeballs here, and get sod all for it too.
I always thought Hamilton conducted himself very well actually. Polite, well spoken, respectful, and not forgetting he's a very talented driver as seen in GP2 and F1.

That was my impression.
First thing I heard him say in the interview was that he had apologised to Kimi. Personally I think fair is fair with Kimi after he took out Sutil in Monaco. (that was just as avoidable as far as i'm concerned).
Still just a racing incident. All young guys and so what if they make a c*ck of it now and again its entertaining.
Could make for an interesting French GP to with Lewis starting anywhere from tenth back

Try living in SA, income tax 37%, Cars 35 - 40% more expensive than European prices. No Health care, so you have to have insurance on that, most violent country second statistically in the world after Columbia..
Aaaaaaaaaaaa the oppourtunities....

Re: F1 2008
I see the Ferraris quite strong but I feel it's high time for Kova to show his mettle. He may spring a surprise.
