He needs to settle down and put in a consistent performance he was all over the place in turkey. I think he's trying to hard.

He made one solid pass.It was definitely a positive sign but he seems to be making silly little(rookie) mistakes. I think Fisi should call him and offer him support

I think the first race was a bit a fluke TBH, though I agree that they are now slower than Red Bull, Renault (well, 1 Renault car ) and probably even with Toyota.

I doubt Lancia will buy an F1 team. Overlap with Ferrari is not allowed in Fiat's stable.
