Re: F1 2008

Well, I ment with reference to the mirror thing, the lack of braking ability is a common trait among the Japanese drivers

Re: F1 2008

STR likes to employ drivers named Sebastian

Sebastien Buemi signed for 09:

Only a comment from tost. He said that STR has two good drivers (he was talking about Vettel). So that's the only positive sign for bourdais. He should keep his seat for 09 but he needs to perform(he must beat his team mate)

Re: F1 2008

It seems they have, at the moment, only testing for Vettels vacant seat, I'd say he's going to retain his drive for 2009, would be a shame as I think he has more to offer but has not quite got to grips with F1 until a few races ago.

F1 is cruel. Bourdais might go and people like nakajima (he basically buys his seat through toyota) linger on for years.

Re: F1 2008

Would be a shame as for the last couple of races Bourdais has been pretty quick.
At Monza he was right up near the top on lap times. Think the guy deserves another season

Re: F1 2008

I agree with the general sentiment of having Bourdais do one more year at TR. His performance has definitely picked up.

Re: F1 2008

Good to see he willing to let byegons be byegons!!!

I'm surprised some of the other drivers want anything to do with him after last years tantrum and the way he acted.

Re: F1 2008

He is in the Poker Club that regularly meets up at the Force India Motorhome, so he seems to be popular on the grid.
