Re: WTCC Istambul

Thought Farfus jnr was the guy who crashes all the time
Sometimes into other Alfas

His worst moment was when crashed into two of them in the same incident last year and probably lost Tarquini the championship
Not only did he take three Alfas out on 1 corner, I think two of them were damaged to take part in the second race - so you could say he took 5 alfas out on one corner

His good points are that he is fast though if he stays on the track, and he sometimes manages to crash into BMWs too.

The other guy is Giovanardi, the leading Alfa driver at the moment.

Turkey looks like a very nice track indeed.

Cheers,

I'm not a doctor - but I really do recommend braking later

Re: WTCC Istambul

BTCC descended into bumper cars as usual - only interesting thing about it!

Plato lost his "victory" in the second race due to crashing out Tom Chilton in a manner that could easily have been fatal.

Its a shame we couldnt have an F1 GP like the 2nd and 3rd BTCC races at Silverstone today.Jason Plato and Matt Neal are a right old laugh.

In Mondello,Plato sent a pram full of babies toys down to Matt Neals garage,as Matt was giving out all weekend there about Platos driving skills, and after the last race Matt Neal sent a bucket and spade down to Platos garage with a note saying "You will need this to dig your car out of the gravel trap at the next race". .

I love the BTCC,s they are great and theres never a dull moment with them.
