I *love* the Le Mans Classic. Far better than the massively over-hyped, overcrowded and oversold Le Mans 24hr.

I went to the inaugural one and the next 1, but haven't been for the last couple due to other commitments.

I'm in the process currently of looking at a run down for this year, I know I've left it v late but still doable. Trouble is I'm in France for 2 weeks up to the previous weekend so would have to convince MrsDibnah that it's possible.....

The last time I went I drove down and had infield parking with a car club so was directed to the infield along a small section of the track. While driving along it, a practice session had just ended so for a glorious beautiful couple of minutes I was part of a pack of 60's Le Mans racers on their slow down lap Fantastic!
