The night race was a great idea, but as some of the riders said it was just a pity it wasn't held later in the year when the temp. would be higher

Re: MotoGP 2008
Just watched the Qatar MotoGP which was run under lights.......US$15,000,0000 and 5 megawatts or so of power later, it was a dreary sight......lke a very dreary overcast day ......Reminds me of Bernie Ecclestone ...
Apart from the poor visability, a very exciting race......

Good result for Toseland, hopefully he can build on it for the rest of the season.
If you don't have freeview yet get PVR there brilliant.

Re: MotoGP 2008
all he needs is that pneumatic valve engine for that last bit of top end, doesn't get it till the third race apparently.
still dont know if he'll be able to keep with stoner but he should be up with the rest of em.
lorenzo certainly knows who he is after their coming together on the track!!!!

Re: MotoGP 2008
Have to mention the 125 boys as well, stunning results and finally we have some young guys in 125's that could give the young spainish and italian boys a run, Sam Redding 15 years old, first ever GP 5th and up to 3rd at on point, british Rossi, lets hope so, i'll be following his progress. Roll on Jerez, come on James.

Re: MotoGP 2008
Well no wonder Rossi wanted Edwards to stay on as his team mate and not have Lorenzo...............Lorenzo's awesome and looks like he has the beating of Rossi this season......

Re: MotoGP 2008
I wouldn't take too much notice of qualifying, Michelin always have better qualifiers than Bridgestone. There is no denying that Lorenzo has talent but give Rossi a chance to adjust to the new rubber.
