MiTo Radionav can't read maps

I just got a MiTo with the Radionav system, but have problems to start the navigation. When I open the navigator, the car tells me that the sd-card is unknown. The sd-card that followed the car seem to be original, stamped 'Blue&Me map NE EU', and there is certainly map files on it. Since the card is not recognized, I'm unable to highlight the activation option in the menu.

Any hints what I can do? Taking it to the dealer is difficult, as it is in Germany, quite far from Mid Norway.

I have the same problem - "Unknown SD Card detected"

Yes, it turned out that I apparently had the wrong maps. Apparently Blue&me navigation is not the same as Radionav. Ordered a new sd-card from Navteq in the end.
