Anyone bought an AUX cable?

Seen a lot of these on the fleabay and wonder if anyones installed one?

Presume its literally just plug and play jobby? Is the AUX labelled at back of factory standard 159 unit?

I bought this cable about a month ago it works flawlessly cost me 15quid all in all. but if you want to change car tracks you may need the xcarlink.
