Blue&Me skipping songs

now i've read a few incidents where some songs are not played due to having unsuitable format, but there is something weird with mine. i connect a fat32 formatted usb stick that is 4GB, and it plays ok normally. well, sometimes i had to take it away and put it back a few times before it is recognized.

anyways, the main issue is that, for some songs, which i repeatedly listen to, the player will forget about them, and they will not appear any more. it is annoying as the songs that i like disappear as if the player is trying to be fair to the other songs and not playing the most listened ones anymore. the songs are not physically deleted from the usb, but just not visible anymore. after a few unplug-plugs, it will play them again.

has anyone got any idea?

(btw: giulietta 2.0 JTDM-2 w/170PS, 2010 with Blue&Me + RadioNav. software updated according to the dealer)
