Do they make aftermarket silver head units?

Looking to replace my stock head unit in my Gt but trying to keep it looking as much as stock as possible. Would prefer a silver head unit where possible but cannot find any, they are all black!

You're right, virtually all are black.

You might consider secondhand or superceded models like Alpine's CDA-9884E or 9885R/9887R or CDE-9882Ri. Have a look on ebay.

Best..... is....

Alpine ida-x100m. It is silver, very cool and can have all backlight in red. Ok so it has no cd slot but has a digital iPod connector (so internal dacs used) and a usb plug that can be mounted away somewhere descreat. It has wires that I belive are steering wheel control compatible already. And if you must have cd it will take a changer....
