Bluetooth Handsfree Help

Hi

I have a factory fitted bluetooth kit in my car, and all of a sudden it is just sticking and wont allow the phone to connect atall.

All that is displayed is 'PHONE' on the headunit LCD display.

Any ideas what it could be?
Do I need to upgrade my firmware?
Is there a master reset I can do?

The only way I can use the radio is to unplug the telephone lead from the back of the head unit.

I've read in other threads that disconnecting the negative side of the battery for 30-60 seconds resets the firmware.
