Connect nav + repair and advice please help

Hi I know not many people know much about connect nav + but I have one in my 2006 gt and its been working fine till I tried a iPhone adaptor that plugs into the CD changer a few months back and as usual didn't work, since then the following buttons 0, 9, main, audio, tel and src don't work but the everything works fine, is this a software glitch or a faulty unit, if it's software where can I buy update software and do you install it. The problem is now that I have found a iPhone adaptor that will work but it requires the 0 play button on the keyboard to operate it very annoying. Any advice or anyone that can repair connect nav please need your help. Merry Christmas everyone
