Steering wheel comands clarion

Hi. I have very big problem with me 159

I have radio clarion max983hd and interface to stalk control CTSAR002 with stereo patch lead for clarion and when i push the button volume up or down everything is good but when i push button next track my radio give 3 commands and my radio switches 3 songs.

what i can do with me problem?
pleas help me. thanks

I think the patch lead is buggered bud! TRy another lead!!

As we discussed, it's probably a faulty headunit, but very difficult for us to confirm in these forums.

You can either:
*try another stalk control
*try another patch lead
*try a another Clarion headunit

Because this can cost time and money to buy replacements, you are probably best to visit a good Clarion shop and have them test for you. We cannot help much here; an experienced shop installer needs to do the testing with a different Clarion or stalk controller.

hmm i dont know because when i connect another radio everything is good but it is kenwood radio
