Anybody know where you can get free beer in Humberside

I only posted this to see if there are actually any Alfa Owners on Humberside

Sorry I missed you at the Yorkshire day

I've said it before and at the risk of yawning myself to death...Humberside does not exist as an area North of the River is East Yorks and south is North LINCOLNSHIRE.IMHO we should have a Lincolnshire group and do away with an obviously unpopular region.

Would it make any difference if we renamed the lounge Martin ?

TBH Happy Man I am not sure.It would be easy to say yes ,lets change it to a Lincs region, however I am but one voice .What I would Like to see is if anyone can be bothered to arrange a meet regardless of region.(Humberside or whatever).I have tried to drum up interest in Humberside area (check my posts) to no avail.It appears to me that the Lincs section of East Midlands are fairly active....well at least they post!! Although demographically North and South Lincs are a fair way apart. Maybe I reside in a sleepy backwater of Alfa Owners.

It was originally called Yorkshire and Humberside, and defined as North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire and Humberside. Since then, Humberside has been abolished, and the councils of West and South Yorkshire abolished. The older form of the name is still occasionally seen.
