Insurance for high risk driver
My friend is daft.
He had a small bump in April last year, in a car park, not aware he clipped a car, hence got a letter through the post for driving away from the scene of an accident which he unwittingly caused. Should have just stumped up the cost of the damage but went through insurance.
A couple of months ago he fell off the road in the snow, and car declared a write-off.
Silly muppet did not protect his no claims.
Hence he is coming round to my house tomorrow evening for some internet research to get a better quote than the 2K his insurers are quoting for renewal.
Other than moneysupermarket, elephant etc, any suggestions from any brokers specialising in high risk cases? He is a supply teacher with 1.4 litre 4 year old fiesta, and 40, not a boy racer.
