Alfa 156 versus VW Syncro on Dutch TV
For the Dutch members of this forum (and UK members who can receive Dutch television) in a few weeks time ,the KRO program PK (HP in real language) has an item 'my car your car' between a 156 selespeed and a Golf Syncro. Two cars are switched between owners and are driven for a week with a camera onboard to give comments on the cars.
p.s. its my Selespeed  so I am now driving a 4 wheel driven Golf

Hi Mel !
actually the driver was a very pretty female type of person, and she really knew how to drive an Alfa, she took my Bella to Germany and did 220 (with 4 persons onboard !). And moreover she loved the Selespeed.... a really hot woman ! I fell in love instantly but I suddenly remembered being married for a very long time (43 years) so sorry.. you can't have everything..

In that case, she should ditch the VW syncromesh, buy herself an Alfa and become a member of AO.com

not very likely ! she comes from a family who runs www.golfparts.nl so its all VW and Audi , but nevertheless she loved the Alfa.. a true petrolhead imho

Golf is 1.8 fourwheel drive . special model, only one in Holland...
not a match in speed for the 156, but fun to drive ! check out golfparts.nl
