I got the Alfa wave!!

Got a wave on M54 near to Shrewsbury.......anyone here from that area? The wave came from the driver of a red 147........looked to have been loved to death!

Wow! This thread goes on and on. Being new to the Alfa Family, all this waving takes me back to my Cooper S days when all mini drivers would wave and toot. It was always a lot of fun. Must keep my eyes peeled when I'm out in the red beauty and start a wave amongst the aussie alfisti.(even 147 owners!!)

4 months driving the Alfa and not one wave yet OK so there aren't that many Alfa drivers around Edinburgh but have seen a fair few who either ignore the wave or look bewildered by it... I aint that scary to look at honest! If I went around doing this I would understand.

Saw another red 147GTA on the a30 going into Exeter as I was coming out the other day, neither of us waved as we were both in the outside lane!

Hardly ever see another Alfa round my neck of the woods but this morning saw a grey 156 SW in Tenterden, gave the driver a hopeful wave and got a big wave back! Had a big grin for the rest of my trip!

Was it someone on here?

I was driving the future father inlaws Spider today (which he has just bought from a guy in Swansea), and I flashed a fellow 156 owner, and got a wave back :-) , so if that was you on Ham lane nr Wimborne HELLO..

Sorry I missed you too, I was on the M54 last Friday but didn't see another Alfa. I did happen to pass a gorgeous red Brera on the M6 Toll though.

Whoa! What's happening? I got two waves in two days!!! That can't be right, doubled my wave count for the last 6 months in one weekend!

Flashed an approaching red 156 near ashford and got a nice wave back! Thanks mate!

Been round Edinburgh and the area for the last few days and haven't seen you yet (did see a red 156 i think? couldn't really tell for all the plastic crap stuck on to it!) but its somehow nice being the only alfa driving down the street! Did see a gorgeous black Alfasud down at Kippford seafront Thurs/Fri just gone (if the owner wants to sell it let me know?)

it was derby going towards the a38 dont no whether registerd on the forum. I waved back but not sure if you seen me.

thought I got a wave yesterday but she was just flicking her hair in an exaggerated fashion

Saw DUF in Reading, but was in my wifes Focus so didn;t wave, incidentaly if your in Reading or Farn and see a bik wave at you it's probably me

It's not just grey, it's Stromboli Grey.... that was me, yes I saw you, cheers m8. got no amount of stick though from the two 16 year old girls in the back who now think I'm Captain Saddo.

You a local of Derby then and have you seen the baby blue 156 knocking around with the carry handle on the back, gave him a wave and got a wave back but not sure if it was to say ta or not.

Hey Nomad, I saw you again earlier today (tuesday ~18:50) but only in my side mirror as I looked back, you were just coming off kew bridge going south. Dunno if you waved at me if you saw me too, but if you did I was overtaking a cyclist and was looking other way! (Lots of cyclists/motorcycles in the SW isnt there!)
