I got the Alfa wave!!

I flashed my lights and got flashed lights back from a beautiful red Brera (Is there any other) today on the A28 between Tenterden and Ashford in Kent.

Chuffed!

lots of people got waves and flashes yesterday

I waved several times and I flashed a bit as well

My wife hasn't even had her 147 a week yet and I've got her waving at other alfa's!

Yesterday she waved at the same woman in a 156 twice (once on the way and again on the way back) sadly no response

Can't wait till someone waves back at her, I'm certain as soon as a bloke see's her she'll get a wave back (lovely long blonde hair in a black 147, guranteed wave back surely?).

This is a first for me - nod of acknowledgment back from a 159 driver. Gave him the thumbs up as we crawled through the High Street in opposite directions, and got the slow nod and smile.

She has long blonde hair and looks cooler and sexier in an alfa than anyone else I've ever seen!

There's something unbelievably sexy about an attractive woman in an Alfa. I wouldn't encourage this lot, Andrew!

If that's the case I may stop doing my "Tour of Kent to see Andy's wife 2007" then!

Has you wife had the annoying comment from neighbours etc "wash it too much and you'll wash off the paint!"?

we're in the sticks in a little village near tenterden and about 15 minutes from Rye so not a million miles away! Alfa's are a bit thin on the ground round here (one of the reasons we like them!) but I generally see a few near where I work in Tonbridge.

And no, no comments from the neighbours though they must be thinking it!

Had a little bit of a spirited drive with a guy in a black 156 in Stockton (Prince Regent Street) last week, flash of headlights constitues a wave in the dark

At last!! I've seen another Brera in Birmingham!!! AND I got a response to my wave!! (Have been waving at 147's and 156's but it seems none of these drivers share the Alfa enthusiasm)

It was a beautifull red Brera leaving Birmingham about 6.30pm on the A38/Tyburn Road, with the same wheels as mine (18 inch 'horseshoes' look the best IMHO) Was it anyone from here??

Don't worry Andy, I'll wave at you as well! At my age, I can't be choosy. But seriously, any Alfa that waves at me will get a return wave.
