I got the Alfa wave!!

yay - got a wave from a rather nice 159 or Brera coming out of Barnsley this morning (heading towards Stairfoot roundabout) I initiated it tho -am yet to have a wave that I didn't initiate!

Had ourselves a four-car Alfa convoy along the A303 after leaving Thruxton yesterday which was . But I waved to every Alfa on the way back home and not a sausage was fortcoming in the wave department

just had an awesome dogfight with a 159 2.4 jtdm down the A13!

A wave from a black 159 in Virginia Water and a thumbs up from a sliver gtv in Englefield Green. Makes up for the pathetic effort yesterday.

Not even a glance from the Black 156 2.4 JTD I followed down Uxbridge Road earlier and pulled alongside at the lights - WE HAVE THE SAME CAR!! How can you not notice that?!

Perseverance pays off after all. No waves until today when I had 2 on the same journey. One in Beaminster from a 159, one in Crewkerne from an identical 147. Hurrah

after flashing her i got a semi(wave) from a nice lady in a red spider in wrexham yesterday. she went "wave.....hang on who the foo was that!"

I've been trying the Alfa Wave, but they're a miserable bunch around here Not been reciprocated once

Was on the A55 tonight, coming back from Ellesmere Port, around Chester was joined by a stunning black 159. He followed in heavy traffic all the way to the Broughton turn-off, which we took, tried to catch his eye for a wave, but he wasn't looking, and his misses was asleep .

We caused quite a stir, too, lots of people looking - two 159s in tandem in a traffic jam is a rare sight indeed

I've had less luck around Chester than I get in Uxbridge, but I guess that's because down here we're sitting in traffic more often.

I'll be around next week, you'd get a wave off me!

Even more rare to see two 166's together......I followed a silver one through Kenilworth last Thursday but the driver didn't respond to flashing lights or SERIOUSLY mad waving

when i bought my 146 i felt an urgent need to wave to the other 146 and 145. i thought i was going nuts or something. now i know i'm not the only one. what does an alfa have to make us do things like this. i think i'm going to start the alfa wave. hope i get some in return

How'd you get away with that? I seem to remember there being 60 cameras per sq foot on the A13

Got a wave + flash on South Lambeth Road yesterday from a stunning red fl 146ti .. Made my day!

Flashed and waved at a red Brera just outside Walkington, East Yorkshire yesterday afternoon

flashed for the 1st time to a metalized baby blue 146. got nothing in return. people are not used to the "alfa wave" here. well, someone has got to start it

Got a wave back from a new red Spider on the Tidmarsh bypass this afternoon.
Didn't wave at the 159 SW about 4cars futher on as some T*** in a VW sharon pulled out right infront of me so I was busy practicing my emergency stops.

I've never had to do an emergency stop apart from when I was learning a couple of years back. Though i'm willing to bet it scares the s**t out of you.
