Totallyalfa - Why is their communication so poor?

Just wanted to get this of my chest, suppose it really should be in the rant room? Anyway, spent over one hundred and fifty pounds on tools and sent Gary an email asking if he wouldn't mind dispatching ASAP as i am without my Bella until the tools arrive.

Now over a week has passed and still no sign of the tools and no response to emails? I was aware that this is the norm with totallyalfa however, in these times you would think they would be a bit more customer focused, no telephone contact number no response to emailsNo delivery YET! and i paid over 11 pounds delivery charge. Makes me want to shop elsewhere.

Im asking myself that question Ghosty and will be instructing paypal next week if it has not arrived by then, that's another gripe also, do you take maestro/Visa? Ans: No! only paypal.

The PITA, is that i will spend the next month waiting on Paypal getting their butt in gear and by middle of May will probably have the money back in my account.

I was shopping there only once and it took 3 weeks for the goods to arrive. I guess about a week could have taken the post (to Slovakia) so it took them about 2 weeks to dispatch the goods.
