radio code problem 166

I bought a 166 last week and the radio etc is not working, been looking on the forum and found instructions on how to remove unit, but I have a Siemens unit fitted and the serial number seems too short.

I have been on to several code suppliers and they ask for the 14 digit code number.
tried entering number below but without the forward slash and nothing comes up, anyone got any ideas please?

Serial No. AR1030034713/03

seems like it should have a BE prefix

It should be a Becker unit. Might be easier to source a good 2nd hand unit and fit that. Try posting In the 166 lounge.
