Great Service

I contacted Highwood Alfa, Alfaholics & Classic Alfa this morning via email, asking about how to remove the steering wheel on my Spider S4 as I wanted to buy a Nardi steering wheel, all replied very quickly, but Highwood went that extra mile by offering to lend me a puller to remover the steering wheel, providing I purchased everything from them. Thats what I call good business and service. So the deal was done and will arrive at my home tomorrow.

Re: Great Service

Well done to Chris at Highwood. He's still my first choice for parts for both my 105's.

If steering wheel is tight you can use a hairdryer to heat up the steering wheel boss and a freeze spray on the inner spigot to help it free off (expand the outer & contract the inner).

I remember on one Bulletin Board that removing the steering wheel on a 105 was described as one of the worst jobs to do if its stiff, so good luck. It may come easy.
