Can anyone help? Engine bay ID

My mate has psoted this on another forum, now you'll have to excuse me, but I'm not up on my Alfa engines, but can anyone on here identify what/who's car it is from?

Its a Boxer engine, so maybe a Sud, Sprint, 33, old 145..
