Mooney WHO BOUGHT THE CUP No. 60?? I wanted that!

There was a cup no.60 for sale on the autotrader, £6250, I was interested in it and rang him up to view/maybe buy only to find it was sold yesterday!!! Gutted.

Never mind, all the best to the new owner of No. 60.

While I am ranting, I went to see another GTV 3.0 V6 today, the first one I have seen, I checked the basics but can anyone please give me some pointers for what I should be looking for??

Checked following:

Blue smoke from exhaust
Signs of head gasket gone
Oil level
Rust
Knocking from engine
Cambelt replaced

What else, looks a little more complex then most engines! Any pointers would eb appeciated.
