Can anyone recomend a good sprayer in east london

looking for a really good spray shop as Im getting a new rear bumper and side grills for my GTV.

I can recommend an excellent bodyshop in Edmonton if that's any good, for insurance or private work? By the junction of the A10 and the A406 N.Circ.

just another question. with new rear bumpers do they need to spray it before its installed on the car. because otherwise how do you get the paint in the gaps etc???!
