The car is four years old so is well overdue a belt change if it hasn't already been done. Call Jus for a price for belts, variator and water pump then try to haggle that amount off the screen price.

It's already cheap enough so can't see any more haggling to be done. I contacted them last week and they wouldn't take my 147 as part/ex

really? it looks daft cheap, like. Like - if you were a dealer, and assuming you can even use autotrader you;d go....eh? why?

which makes you wonder!

It does make me wonder why it's so cheap. Could be one of those dealers who are terrified of Alfas and just wants it sold I suppose

But don't forget, if it looks too good to be true, it is too good to be true.

ever the optimist - though I generally agree

it could just be that odd deal when the market has turned and the price is realistic - and everyone else is mad

GTA's looking very cheap at the moment

Don't delay because it will or at least should be gone soon at that price

Re: a GT for nearly free - ok 9k

I would say that something is not quite right here, a 30k miles car for £9k sounds too good to be true. I would be extra cautious if £9k is your top budget, less if you can afford to spend a few quid.
I bought a 48kmiles car, fsh, for £10k with the risk of having to spend some money and I have done so already with more to follow.

Check carefully my friend and good on ya if it is alright. I hope it works out for you.
