I've seen a lot of 159's lately too mind.
My GT and my good ladies 500 both have WV reg numbers, but then again I work for Fiat Auto
ALL Fiat Group demo/management/fleet and I believe some Fiat Auto Contract vehicles are registered Bristol way.

The South Marocan & DKelly: Did you inspect the V5 before he sent it off? and did you sign it?
So when the Post Office tax it before you collect the car and tear off the change of keeper, how do you do that? Do you turn up, inspect the V55 and then wait whilst the join the pension queue to tax it
There is nothing wrong with an ex hire car IMO. If you think that someone, somewhere has thrashed a car to within an inch of it's life, and it puts you off... Buy a new car! It's the only way that you'll be 100% sure that it's not had a hard life.
Of course if you're really paranoid about a vehicle being thrashed, you'd best follow it off the production line, watch it get raced in to the car park, wheel spun up on to the boat, hand braked into the docks in the UK, backed off the delivery lorry at speed then hammered on it's PDI road trip. Where does it all end
