i sort of flyered a black alfa in porthmadog couple of weeks ago, hadnt recieved the flyers then so i scribbled the website on my business card killed 2 birds with one stone! he's joined up here now i think so that was my good deed for the day i deserve a pat on the back for that ye or at least a brownie point only got a couple of flyers left now so think it's back to scribbling on business cards

I flyered a blue '03 147 yesterday at my local garden centre, Bourne Valley.

first time for me and i felt rather conspicuous!!!

I'm pretty sure fellow Alfisti would be careful when leaning onto someones Alfa to place flyer under wiper......but when i get flyer'd to be fair if it was anything but an Alfa flyer i'd kick off...... it means someone has leant onto your car and touched it without your permission........

But you guys i'm sure are careful not to catch your belts, zips etc etc on the Alfas in question...

It's amazing how defensive one gets about one's Alfa

I once stood admiring a silver GTV in Matlock Bath, many years ago, waiting for Mrs Oggy who was in a shop. I'll never forget the lady owner's reaction when she came back to see me looking at her car - she was almost hysterical thinking I'd damaged it or was about to nick it. No amount of explanation or reassurance could calm her down and she drove off at speed!

She obviously wasn't an Alfisti or she would have understood!

Ooooh i flyered my first car today. A blue GTV in Blackburn, i'd noticed it on my way to work a few weeks ago so i'd guess the owner has only recently bought it. I was dead nervous of flyering him in case he saw me and thought i was trying to nick/damage it.

Flyered, red gtv, black gt, 2x156 and a 147 all in Martock and Yeovil

Purple 147 in lower Early.

A 147 in the carpark at West Byfleet station.

I've just seen my first ever GTA on the road - and it was in my own town, coming out of a housing estate! Then it was a few cars behind me on the main road, and I saaw it peel off into a retail estate. So I pulled a U-ey at the next roundabout, went back to the estate and had a look for it. There it was parked up in front of Focus, so it got a nice flyer under the windscreen wiper.

What a terminally stupid idea..........coming back to your car afinding one flapping around after you've started up and belted up is bloody irritating at best.

These people advertising, cheap jeans, golf sales, raves or car clubs ought to be "Larched"
