Thanks Julie, and the others who have mentioned this. I was really pleased to win the lounge last year, but I'd rather sit it out this year. Sort of like a boxer retiring undefeated.

So although I'm chuffed that people like the car enough to suggest it, can I un-nominate myself?

I'd like to nominate paintergirl's Spider because she obviously loves her to bits and because it looks the biz

I like to nominate Pablos’s 147 GTA for no other reason than to give his mate Bacon a bit of competition.

It's red and it's a Sportwagon - what more do you want?!

Get polishing Bazza!!
Spooky.
Despite Rick having asked my permission to nominate, I'd completely missed the fact that he had done so. And I polished it this weekend having not seen Rick's post telling me to.
Cue twilight zone music.

Beat me to it Roswell. That picture is before pabloss put his coilovers on like, looks lower and meaner now.
Ive been trying to have a look through/at peoples cars and its quite hard to do if youre not familiar with someones car.
Is there an easy way to browse peoples cars ??? I know you can look through members galleries but im never sure if its their cars or not.
I can think of one particular car i like but i'm not sure who it belongs to.......its a red 145 with aftermarket 5-spokes, nicely low and maybe a slight bodykit (or just colour-coded). Anyone recognise my description??? I'd like to nominate that one anyway, but i dont know who it belongs to and thus dont have their permission. Oh well. Anyone?
And who won last year, i cant find the thread?

POLL: Twin or Quad Zorst?......

He'll have the opportunity to post show more up to date pictures in the next round of the competition.

Re: AO Car of the Year 2008: The Nominations

Can I nominate Vantasticc's 75 V6, known at home as Marmite.

Although its supposed to be up for sale I know Van. doesn't really want to get rid so a nomination will really cheer him up.

I've only got this one piccie on my laptop, hope its ok.
