Re: AO Car of the Year 2008: The Nominations

I'd like to nominate PR's 156 GTA, as I am having a thing for silver Alfas lately and his is stunning

Thanks BigFoot - actually, its a "special", as the only bit of the kit I have used is the bodywork. I have incorporated as much of the original Alfasud into the scratch-built chassis as I could, pretty much everything else is bespoke...

I would like to nominate Rick's Alfa in return, not because he was kind enough to nominate the Green Machine but because I really like classic 105-series Alfas, especially ones that aren't red, and Rick's got one of the best

Lauren (that's a girl's name, by the way )

Rick's Bertie has already been nominated but thanks for the thought

Perhaps there are others you could nominate (with their consent)?

Thumbs Up Re: AO Car of the Year 2008: The Nominations

I'd like to nominate Tanuki as he keeps his GT in gleaming condition with beautiful alloys (I love GTs in black too ). Was even more surprised to realise he's coming up to 90K on the clock... really well done.

Not sure if this is the best way to show these:

Love those alloys. - Alfa Romeo Images

I'll do that but as you can only nominate one car per lounge, I'll leave the 156 out and I'll select the Bertie for the Classic Alfas Lounge
