I should be aquirying a lock-up / unit end of September and will be looking for tenants.

The unit is 20x50 ft. Concreted floor, safe etc and has electric and lighting. You can access it 24hrs a day 7 days a week. There should be a water tap on the site somewhere...i havnt found it yet or asked.

Currently we have 2 fully confirmed including myself. In this unit you can work on your car or use it for storage. Myself and the other guys will be using it for working on our cars. The lock-up its self only contains what we put in it, so no tools, air lines or anything like that. I am after trusted tenants as we will all have tools and items of value in there.

We can have 3 - 4 people in and working on cars with space. Below are a couple of floor layouts. We had not acutally been inside the lock-up yet as it is being vacated, we plan on going down on the evening of 16th Sept to take internal messurements and photos. If you would like to come along and are potentially interested, please contact me.

If we have 3 confirmed people including myself, we will be paying £70 Each per calender month. It is a minium of a 1 year lease. If we have 4 people it will be £55 a month. If you just wish to store items in there, please message me. We could store anything you want such as wheels, maybe even a car if you dont want to work on it etc.

To give you an idea of what we aim for it to be like, i will be making a sofa from my old Alfa seats, work bench etc etc. I aim for it to be a place for us to go down, work on your project, be able to have a cuppa tea and a sit down etc.

It is located on the A607 at Leadenham.
