3.2 V6 vs. MCSF

Hi guys.
I have read quite a few threads regarding the dreaded MCSF, but have not found a solution.
It seems the 3.2 V6 engines displaying this error shows a particular symptom which I will paste from a fellow owner below.
Mine gives the same symptom i.e - irregular idle, and this error pops up same as the information below.
My dealership traced the error to the rear bank, swopped the plugs and coil packs between front and back to no avail. New battery fitted, not solved.

Please, if anyone's heard the solution, it would be appreciated!!!

Hi guys, would apreciate some help. Couple of months ago my GT 3.2 started giving the dreaded yellow warning signal with beeps for good measure. If I switch the car off and restart it's gone, car drives great. The warning only appears when the car is standing still and idling for example when I pull it out of the garage for the first time and close the garage door or stopping at a traffic light. Once I move off the warning normally dissapears. I used Alfa Diag software and it tells me there is a misfire on the rear three cylinders, also a possible cat overheating warning. Usually with a Alfa especially only at idle hot or cold I would suspect a battery but why only the rear cylinders ? From what I have read it could be :

- Plugs
- Coil packs
- Injectors
- MAF
- Faulty cat
- And worst of all worn head gasket on the rear cylinders

Would that be the one by the branch manifold?
How difficult is it to replace?

I got the same problem..

My garage have check almost everything but the MAF, they've done :
changed Spark plugs, changed and moved ignition coils, changed battery, Emission test, changed lambda and checked for leaks, no fix here..
