diesel injector tester?

Hi all could do with a diesel injector tester kit for my 2.4 jtd as the old girl is still struggling to start in the mornings.

Has recently had full service, diagnoised as 2 x faulty glow plugs, all 5 plugs replaced, crank sensor replaced, brand new battery aswell.

After reading lots of posts everything is pointing towards either CPS or leaking injector. I replaced the CPS my self and made sure the old O-ring came out with old sensor.

Mechanic said he done a leak down test on injectors and were all ok????

Can i make a test kit using cheap bottles and pipe from £land or is there alot of pressure coming out of the injectors?

Could the £26 ebay crank sensor be at fault?

Any help would be great as ive got me car booked in for a tow bar to be fitted, but pointless if she is struggling to start

May i add once she fires up after 15-20 seconds of cranking she runs great all day long.

i think you can find a couple of guides to make diy leak back test kits, heres a vid in progress so gives an ide of whats required and size of bottles etc.
injector test idle video - YouTube

basically you would need the fittings/clips for injector tops
pipe
bottles
something to block return pipe to pump(screwdriver in my vid)

have a read here also

do you have access to fes or similar to read injector correction values.

theres another thread in the 147/gt forum similar heres a diy kit shadey posted in there

thanks for the advice matey, i dont have acess to FES or anything to check values of the injectors.

I was just simply going to see if one injector was leaking back anymore than the other, if so replace it????

Does the ECU require any programming of a new injector? or is it just a case of find the bad injector and replace, problem solved? I hope.
