injector seals

hi guys, got an injector leaking on cyl 1.

can physically feel the air/fuel coming out and it ticks when cold.

this will now explain my p1237 error!

ive got the copper washer from vauxhall. same part im told.

is there any how too's online? cant seem to find any.

also what is the torque settings for the injector?

car is a 04 jtd btw
- Disconnecting injector connector and fuel line is easy.
- It will be very hard to pull it out, because it was leaking, and it is like glued all arround.
- When you pull it out, you need to clean the hole very good, bottom where injector seats must be spotless.
- Put a new copper washer, and refit the same way.

I'd recomend you to let it to BOSCH specialist and save time and trouble.

all sorted now

was full of black crap but managed to pry out the injector gently then cleaned out the hole and cleaned with carb cleaner, job done
