Alfa 156 1.6TS Crank Sensor

Hi all,

I have a 2002 1.6 TS and i have it with p0335 error, the RPM Sensor.

I already have done my homework, search trough the forum, but i still have some doubts.

The problem started some time ago, and i disconnect the brown plug, clean the contacts and then the car was good for like 2 months, but now is bad again, i clean the contacts again, but the problem persists.

My question is, is it really a bad sensor, because is strange a bad sensor work by 2 months without problems, only by cleaning the plug?

If someone can give me some help, i appreciate that.
