Well Happy New Dealer in Nottingham

Hi.

I've heard that there's going to be a new dealer in Nottingham soon. Tim Hulibert of JCS Kegworth fame has left them to help set it up.

I have a lot of respect for Tim and he worked at JCS since he was a kid so I bet this is going to be good

Anyone else heard about this??

Cheers,

Re: New Dealer in Nottingham

Had a shuftie around the dealership a few weeks ago.

Know Tim from his JCS days but met another fella on the day (name escapes me) who was helpful and seemed pretty clued up.

I deal with Pete Williams at Beechdale Derby at the moment (top bloke) but always good to know of a backup just in case.

Re: New Dealer in Nottingham

Hi All,

I actually went to see them about 3 months ago, (Even looked over Simons car ) I must admit, although I wasnt offered coffee Darren the service manager and Tim honestly seemed to me to be very decent people.

Re: New Dealer in Nottingham

My local garage had some issues with them a few weeks back trying to get parts. They gave them the chassis number and alfa still sent the wrong parts. The parts department didnt know the difference between a 0 (zero) and an O and then wanted to charge the garage a 'restocking fee' for their mistake!!

Re: New Dealer in Nottingham

I needed some gearbox oil for the TS. The guy on parts said they didn't stock the stuff and was unable to help me figure out what I should use. Which led me to thinking.... what exactly do they put in your gearbox when you get it serviced there? Drove out to Kegworth and got me some Tutela ZC 75 from them instead

Re: New Dealer in Nottingham

Took my GT into them under warranty last week to have a coil and sparkplug changed. Darren in particular was very helpful...also had a chat with the sales guys whilst there (Tim in main) and they were very friendly and knowledgable. Tim commented on how nice my car was etc. A good experience all round. Will most likely use them when I change to a Brera a year or two down the line

Also managed to get 1 litre of 10/60 oil from there. Couldn't get hold of it anywhere else! Was driving me crazy
