Okay folks, here is the event thread for AOEM's now annual trip to a Bonfire/Fireworks Display.
Due to having such a great time last year, again we are going to a small village in Staffordshire called Draycott in the Clay.
The bonfire is being organised by the North Staffs and Cheshire Traction Engine club at the
Klondyke Mill Preservation Centre in the village.
It's a professional pyrotechnic display, set to music with the additional benefit of several engines in steam.
It starts at 19:00 and is £6 to get in. (Really good value for money)

As last year, I propose we park in the nearby pub. I've spoken to the landlady and they are happy for us to have drinks
before the show instead of after and then we don't have to pay the deposit.

So, here's the new bit of information based on our team meeting.
After the Fireworks, we plan on popping up the road for a nice warming Indian feast.

Based on last year's firework display, I propose that we book the table at the restaurant for 21:00.
So, if you want to join, either the fireworks and/or the meal, please do get your RSVPs (with numbers for dinner) in by the 29th October so that I can book a table.
