As part of the relaunch of Donington the Donington Historic Festival is being held from 30th April to the 2nd May (bank holiday weekend)

"The Donington Historic Festival is a major new event on the historic racing calendar. We aim to rival the very best UK and international historic motorsport events, inviting only the very finest race series and the highest-calibre cars and drivers – but with ‘family-friendly’ ticket prices, well below the usual cost of top-quality historic motorsport weekends.
As well as more than 300 world-class historic racing cars competing flat-out on the Donington circuit, there will be 100s of classic cars on display, plus a trade village and plenty of off-track entertainment, including Group B rally cars and historic karts, all selected to delight the most exacting enthusiasts."
Halibut has organised an AO area at the event so we can all park up together and look
We will be attending as a club on the Saturday only
As this will be a top notch event there is an entry fee of £18 for the single day ticket however if two or more of you want to join up to pay you can get 2 weekend tickets for £30 so it would work out cheaper and you could pop back on Sunday if the outlaws are coming round for lunch
