Ride out on a sunday

Now due to work commitments on a saturday, and only having one saturday off everynow and then, (yes im being selfish here :P ) I was having a thought. Not very often but a just a thought none the less.

I was wondering about a ride out to somewhere on a sunday afternoon, say Matlock bath, or Cromford. Some very nice rords round there too
And maybe instead of having to get up early and clog your arteries up with grease, how a bout a chippy :P hehehe in the afternoon
