Right then. As my first act as EM rep I propose we make a date for a few festive jars sometime in December. I know that many of us will already have plans in the run up to christmas but I'm sure we can sort a free night for a mini meet. The only dates I cannot do are the 1st, 3rd, 13th, 17th and 18th. Every other night I'm free So then my fellow EMers any strong feelings on when this should be? We will sort the venue once we've got a date everyone is happy with

I think we're trying to fix a date first and then centralise the location to everyone who is available

Hya all, The 19th is looking ok for me at the moment.
Have you considered the Vernon Arms at Sudbury? It does have mixed reviews tho.

Good suggestion, Halibut. I think a nice cosy country pub would be the best kind of venue Will add that to a list of possibilities
