Champion pressure washer snow foam lance

I have a champion pressure washer (not sure how old), any ideas whether I can get a snow foam lance to fit this type? The only ones I can see are for Karcher pressure washers.

Is the fitting the same as any on this listing? I got a lance from them years ago and it's still going strong

I couldn't figure out how to get the original attachment off the gun but have done it now and it is a kew/alto attachment. Thanks for your help..
