Idea Anyone got a "V" badge for a 147?

I've tried this in the technical assistance area but now answers. Any help available?

My "V" badge (JTD 16V) has dropped off. Well to be exact, it was kindly jet washed off by the dealer I bought it from - almost one for the rant section. I didn't notice until I go it home.

Anyway, does anyone have one going spare? I don't mind paying a reasonable price for it but it does need the adhesive backing. It's just the "V" I need. I want to have it replaced for the cars first showing at BIAMF.

First option approach the dealer who jetwashed it off and get them to replace it FOC.

Secondly eBay is a good place for badges both new and Alfas being broken, the latter will be a very cheap option I would suggest.

Thumbs Up

Thanks Chris. I think I'll opt for the Eblah option. I live right out in the sticks and it's 44 miles to Exeter (and then back again). It's cheaper to mail order at £14.95.

The dealer is a 70 mile round trip. Similar to above. Never mind.

I love driving the car but the diesel will be about £15.00 alone.

Cars looking almost good enough for BIAMF now. Alloys need some work but I'm hoping to put 17's on so I won't be doing too much work on the old ones. It seems like the majority of Alfa alloys seem to suffer from major oxidation and bubbling. On our 147 the bubbling has outwards from the holes for the wheel nuts.

This is all minor stuff really.
