May be starting up again!

Hi, I have been in the Valeting/Detailing trade for many years as well as Carpet & upholstery Cleaning trade, but I am currently employed in precision engineering, but in getting a little bored of it to be honest, money is good but I just don't get the same sense of satisfaction as I did when I was buffing cars to a deep gloss sheen!!

I think this new urge only recently came to me, pretty soon after I bought my bright red GTV with cup kit, Its just such a beautiful car, I just love cleaning it, even in the snow I was out there, I think I may have some form of cleaning ocd lol.

But honestly, I think im going to go back into it, I would be sooo much happier polishing and detailing Alfas and similar beautiful cars everyday than I would making things on a CNC Mill which is what i do now.

So I think over the next few months im going to start buying some kit and start testing the water, il start by just doing it at the weekends until i get enough work.

So what do people think of the idea, maybe I could offer a discount to alfa owners

No problem, I would probably do it mobile, so I could visit peoples home or place of work.

I will definitely go with my heart, just like I did when I bought my GTV.

Id like to set up and ready for business hopefully before spring 2011.

the only thing i will say is, if you do get up and running with it and want to put the feelers out on here, drop a pm to operation alfa (joe) he does all the authorising of traders on here, and i wouldn't want you to fall foul of anything

If you're looking for any products/ tools gimme a shout and I'll let you know who/ what I use and how much I'm paying for it. The autosmart tornador is definitly the best tool you haven't discovered
