An online dealer would be your best bet. With a new colour it's always best to go for official touchup pens until some other guinea pig works out if the unoffical pens are good or not. If the colur has been available for a while I would use paints4u, they're usually very good and reasonably priced.

The first point of contact should be a dealer especially for new colours as in the past there have been problems getting official touch up pens for new colours as Alfa have had delays in releasing them.
No point trying to find them elsewhere is they haven't yet been released
TBH I can't see why the OP would have issues asking a dealer in the 1st place though
