I absolutely do! I copied the design of the cap that lives under the inside door opener which has a little tab cut out that lets you pop it out without damaging it. I bought some new door handle caps from autolusso and used my dremmel to neatly grind out a little channel at the tip of each cap, if you look closely at the pics you can just make them out. I didn't make them big enough to be ugly but I tested them and with one of those little jewelers screw drivers you can pop them out without doing any damage at all to them. The trick is to angle the channel inwards to allow the screwdriver to get right in and underneath.

Next step would be leather on the surface of dashboard panel, but guys from the workshop say that light color of leather could make reflexion on the inner surface of windscreen, especially in some twilight conditions...
Additionally, leather has one improper (rheological) behavior: shrinkage, what will deform panel what will be visible...

Dashboard plate removing needs some time, patience and careful operation because of possibility of activation of air bags.
I prefer leather although alcantara is more suitable.
I put enough big part of yellow leather on the top surface of dashboard plate and... reflection is not so bad.

Dash shell is not that hard, most of the guts are clipped to the magnesium crossbrace. Front seats out for ease, also console. If you have a helper, a couple of hours should do it. You'll need new passenger airbag cover clips and some foam weatherstripping for the heater box gaskets that will crumble.

Would love to get some black teabag leather like your door handles, for the Selespeed wheel.
