Wave theshinexperience - Our Introduction

Hello All,
Welcome to the new detailing section of Alfaowner.com.

This is the place to ask all your detailing related questions or post up pictures of your Alfa after spending the entire weekend slaving away to make it gleam like no other.

I shall also be posting up step by step guides to various aspects of detailing and hopefully organising some events later in the year in conjunction with your Regional Reps.

Well as you can hopefully see, this wonderful new lounge is sponsored by my company, theshinexperience. My name is Roy and I am not only a professional car detailer but also a proud Alfa driver, having been through 3 GTVs and a 145 Cloverleaf.

If you are thinking of having your car detailed then please get in touch.

We have a very simple philosophy, to offer the highest levels of service to all our customers. We are not interested in offering bronze, silver or even platinum treatments, the products and service levels for all customers are exactly the same, the only choice you have to make is which of the carefully chosen waxes will be lovingly applied by hand to your car.

As the name suggests we firmly believe that having your car detailed should be an experience and one that stays with you. Our service guarantee is that we won’t leave until you are delighted with the results.

Because we are not tied to one particular brand we can offer a truly bespoke service using products that we have tested extensively and which we feel offer the best possible combination of quality and durability.

We offer a completely mobile service, carrying our own water and electricity supplies. Based in Surrey, we are located within easy reach of London and the M25 but are happy to travel anywhere in the UK to meet our clients requirements.

When you contact us your detail will be discussed and planned so that we can produce the best possible results. You will receive a full proposal via email so that you know exactly what work will be carried out on the day and once completed we will advise you of the best ways to keep your car looking stunning with minimal work required.
I look forward to posting in here.

Roy

Welcome, Roy. I wish I lived closer so you could help me out with my Spider's red paint. I'll watch and learn

Welcome Roy, I may be making use of your services soon! Quite happy with my methods, but a good bit of professional work will make it all the better

Re: The Shine Experience - Our Introduction

Welcome Roy, I'll second what Hammy156 said, I love a bit of polishing but to let a pro do his stuff would really improve the finish, I reckon... but first I'll have to get over my feelings of jealousy if anyone else goes near her with the cleaning products

Welcome to AO

Another detailer did my JTD (Username is 'Dazzo' on here) and it looks absolutely stunning! Good to have a dedicated detailing lounge, no doubt it will be soon flooded with pictures of Nicky's gorgeous black 156..

Re: The Shine Experience - Our Introduction

Welcome Roy.

I look forward to those hints and tips.

On second thoughts, no I don't. I'll just feel even more guilty.

Do you think it is a good idea to wash my daily driver more than once every three months? I think it is beginning to look quite dirty after all the bad weather.
