No Medio Option
Hope this is ok positing here, seemed the logical place to me.
I originally joined the club under the Premio option, but after a year I decided I didn't use the extras and I'd get better value with the Medio option (and saved a tenner).
Renewal due mid April and now the Medio option has been withdrawn. I don't use the features of the Premio membership and haven't missed them for the last year, and i'm reluctant to pay for something I won't use so it looks like i'll have to go for the basic.
Is there any extra Admin or cost managing the Medio vs the Premio its an automatic process isn't it? as I can't see the business logic behind the withdrawal of Medio - as instead of AO getting £15.50 for my Medio they will get nothing.

Went through the same thought process when mine was up for renewal.
Would've gone for a Medio too, but have stuck with basic, or free, and found that it's made little difference to me, other than attachments (YouTube, or image attachments (my previous Premio use exceeds the basic quota and so I cannot use it).
Also I feel that the removal of my YouTube links posted when a paying member is a bit mean, forbid my future use, but don't remove those that were posted as a Premio.

You'd think they would have a Medio option for people like Leigh who are kind of "half-Alfisti"

As this has been moved to the AO Problem Section perhaps there's a solution on the way?

Don't think so. Not after the edits to the club pages etc have been made.
FWIW: I too think Medio option should have remained.

Just a heads up and hopefully I'm not overstepping the mark here, but when Steve took over he deleted the Medio option. It was his decision, as owner, to remove it although I don't know why. We, Mods and Admin, didn't know that it had gone until people started asking. I'm speculating, but maybe this was to bring this forum in line with others he owns? Any alterations to the forum skin need to be done by Steve and his tech team and I think we've already pointed out the disparagy in the AO Club section.
Anyhow, you now have the choice of paying for Premio or staying as a free forum member.

Glad I found this thread as I was going to downgrade to Medio. Didn't feel I got max value out of Premio however I do notice Medio Upgrade is still showing. I assume that is same as Premio?? I know I should renew and out of loyalty to all on here probably will, but I would get better value from an intermediate membership. It's all or nothing at the moment . . . .
