Hello,

I've been trying to join the AO club, but the paypal page keeps throwing up an error saying that my e-mail address is not in the correct format. When I re-type my address, the '@' sign gets changed to '%40' after I have input my password and clicked on the log-in button.

This is very annoying, as I can log onto paypal directly without any problems. Is there a known issue with this? Is it possible to pay in any other way?

Hi Tom. Sorry to hear you're having problems. I'll get the site owner Admin_Steve to take a look into this for you. It's not a known issue and we have been receiving signups recently without any issues.

Thanks for that, I've looked into it and there is s small thread on the paypal help forum about it. Can't see any solutions though!

Hi Tom, can you try to copy and paste your email address instead of typing it? It that doesn't work and you're using Google Chrome, press Ctrl+F5 to refresh the page then try again? Just let me know

Still no luck I'm afraid.

I notice that there is an e-mail address on the paypal form (I assume it is yours, Steve?), can I just send the membership fee directly to that address using the send money option?

My paypal account page is also acting a bit strangely, I think I need to get in contact with them directly to see what is happening.
