Strange window - Non bug

Morning guys

When i logged in this morning, i was greeted by a strange small window in the top left of my screen. It was some sort of message from someone else on the forum, with a place to reply and send one back.

I though it was a standard PM, but when viewing the PM mailbox, the mesage was not there. I'm thinking that it has something to do with someone replying to my status - but now i've lost it and can't get it back?
