MESSAGE FROM DAMIEN DALLY - ALFA ROMEO UK
Dear AO Members,
I wanted to drop you a line to keep you updated on what's going on at Alfa Romeo.
Firstly thank you to all those alfaowner.com members who have joined Cloverleaf Club - hopefully you will have all received the latest edition of FEEL and we hope that you enjoyed it. Also, a big thank you to all of you who came forward and gave us feedback (positive and negative) about the Cloverleaf Club and gave us an opportunity to put some things right. Hopefully, the individuals will know first hand how serious we are about bringing our customers closer to the brand. We appreciate that we need to continually demonstrate this so if anyone else has any other issues relating to the Cloverleaf Club either now or going forward please do not hesitate to contact us.
In the last couple of months we have been making a number of changes to the Cloverleaf Club. The main one being to put in a fresh team who will be more focussed on delivering better news stories, exclusive boutique items. The Cloverleaf Club is not just about a website or a magazine but a Club where members can access exclusive events. We have just unveiled our events for 2010 - three track days, at Knockhill (Scotland), Oulton Park (Cheshire - to service the middle of the country) and Goodwood (for the South). Alfa owners can drive their own cars on track for just £49 and bring a friend for just £20. Please feel free to compare the price - you won't find better value anywhere I assure you.
We are also granting more Cloverleaf Club wishes than ever. You may have seen that we treated one alfaowner.com member to full VIP treatment at the Geneva Motor Show
as a result of a wish, and are also preparing a special birthday wish (Cloverleaf Club - Wish Granted)
for another member’s son. We want to keep this momentum going, so make sure you visit Cloverleaf - the Alfa Romeo Membership Club
and submit your wishes.
We have also unveiled our Mosaic Centenary website that allows Alfa fans to upload special images of themselves and their Alfas, which will be made into a large Mosaic of Alfa’s Centenary model, the new Giulietta. We involved Ian at Alfaowner.com in this at an early stage and were very grateful for his feedback. Visit the site at Alfa Romeo Centenary Mosaic
to upload your images and to check on the progress so far.
As many of you may know we are holding exclusive preview events for the exciting new Alfa Giulietta - a car Autocar describes as ' Ace new Alfa - their best car in decades'. These events are aimed at giving VIP prospects the opportunity to pre-order the car ahead of the launch in the summer. I am pleased to tell you that we have worked with Ian at Alfaowner.com to invite any members who have expressed an interest in the car. The first of 7 events was held in London last week – if you missed out on this event then please contact your local dealer to ensure you’re made aware of any future opportunities to see the new Giulietta. If you’re interested in attending any of the future events in Newcastle, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow, Birmingham or Cardiff, visit Cloverleaf - the Alfa Romeo Membership Club
and look in the ‘Alfa in the News’ section to find out how you could register for a last minute place at these event.
I am sure you are all aware that Alfa Romeo will be the featured brand at the Goodwood Festival of Speed this year and we will be running a number of competitions around this as we want to welcome as many Alfa owners as possible at Goodwood.
If you’re a UK resident alfaowner.com member, currently own an Alfa Romeo and have not yet joined the Cloverleaf Club, we would like to welcome you to the Cloverleaf Club free of charge. Just call 0844 8700147 or visit Cloverleaf - the Alfa Romeo Membership Club, quoting code 20091023002.
Finally, thank you for your passion for Alfa Romeo!
